My family and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Baltimore At BWI Airport. The modern interior, friendly staff, and accommodating shuttle service were highlights. The breakfast omelette station and kid-friendly atmosphere made our stay memorable.

The room size was great with a lovely view. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast setup could be improved for faster service. A hiccup at check-in with a mistaken charge, but the room was clean and cozy. Bartender was friendly, though the pool was a highlight.

Our stay here was excellant, easy base for exploring Linthicum.

Planned to see Linthicum major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them.

Loved the room setup with a big living room and bedroom, plenty of sink space, and natural lighting; the happy hour was a nice touch with snacks and free drinks and Crystal at the front desk was super sweet. The bed was comfy, and the staff was top-notch. Chef Shon Jenkins at the Bistro was amazing, making our dining experience superb with delicious food! 🌟 Enjoyed the heated indoor pool and sun terrace for relaxation. One incident with a brusque shuttle driver didn't overshadow the overall fantastic stay.

I appreciated the friendly staff, complimentary drinks, and convenient airport shuttle. The comfortable bed was a plus. However, the dirty and outdated rooms with mold and subpar amenities led to an overall disappointing experience. The inconsistent service, broken key card, and lack of maintenance were major inconveniences. A saving grace was the decent breakfast.
